Sallyport Commercial Finance celebrated their first birthday with colleagues and introducers last Thursday.

We were delighted to share our 1st-year successes including providing over £4.4m in funding to UK SMEs who turn over a grand £22m. Industries we’ve supported include Haulage, Recruitment, Property Maintenance, Healthcare, Industrial Cleaning, Textiles and Landscape Gardening amongst others. These businesses spanned Scotland, Northern Ireland and England with coverage in 8 territories across the globe.

The support of our introducers has been phenomenal with 341 leads from 77 different sources.

The success of the business meant our team of finance professionals also doubled in this first year and we are excited to officially expand into England in 2024. Future plans include further increasing the team by another 50%, tripling our client turnover and tripling our client numbers – ambitious or what?

2024 also sees our parent co in the US celebrate their 10^th anniversary and our colleagues in Canada celebrate their 5^th year.

A final amazing stat to share with you – total group client turnover in 2023 reached £987m with £100m in funding for SMEs.
